Many workers aspire to home ownership rather than rented accommodation on the south coast, unfortunately the high cost of housing means that many workers particularly those in the public sector and lower paid sections of the private sector cannot afford to buy suitable housing within there preferred location.
By identifying local opportunities Key Care Projects aims to fill the gap by providing bespoke housing solutions for workers.
