Coxford Road - Southampton
A development of 64 one and two bedroom apartments and duplex's next door to Princess Anne Hospital Southampton.
This project replaced 8 houses with much needed Key Worker accomodation aimed at nurses & doctors working at Southampton Hospital. This scheme was designed hand in hand with the NHS Trust and is a good example of our companies strategy.

7-9 Avon Close - Bournemouth
An affordable housing scheme bought together by Key Care Projects in central Bournemouth gave us 14 flats aimed at Key Workers.
This site was particularly convenient to us due to being directly opposite Bournemouth Fire Station, and within 2 miles of Bournemouth Hospital. Both of which fit the Key Worker housing strategy we strive for.

Keycare Projects successfully provide housing of all shapes and sizes for this much needed sector.
Here is a good example of a recent planning approval making perfect use of a privately owned back garden creating an additional, much needed family home in close proximity to Southampton hospital.
